Your donations are used to secure the funds necessary to finance on-going operations of the Education center located in Rajugella village, Mathura (UP) including compensation of the ISF Principal, training and daily meals prepared by the women’s committee.

• The annual operating budget is prepared by the ISF Principal through a consultative process with the ISF village representative, review by executives and approved by the ISF Board of Directors.
  
• An independent firm is hired by the board of directors to support the establishment of financial reporting system on the ground and report on the quality and authenticity of financial records.
  
• An initiative is currently on the way to establish a Social Return On Investment (SROI) model to assess the social impact we have on the community at large over time.
  
• An initiative is currently on the way to establish a balanced scorecard with metrics used by the executives and the board of directors to evaluate performance on a regular basis.
